Og jeg tror måske, jeg halter lidt på det punkt. Men jeg er altid villig til at tage ved lære, og overvejer nu praktikantophold på gratisavisen MX.
For jeg blev helt grebet, da jeg så dagens forside: Dansk toårig redder gravid mor fra terror!
Hvilket heltemodigt barn! Og så endda en DANSK toårig! Hvis jeg nogensinde får børn, er det da klart den model, jeg skal have. Det vil være så praktisk hvis jeg fx skal på ferie i et af Mellemøstens brændpunkter.
Entusiasmen dalede dog lidt, da jeg læste selve artiklen. Det drejede sig øjensynligt bare om, at en shoppetur til et bestemt indkøbscenter i Nairobi var blevet udskudt pga træt (læs: sikkert helt almindeligt, vrangvilligt, og umuligt) barn.
Men det var unægteligt en vel-timet træthed.

I must confess I was rather impressed. Danish 2yr olds are quite resourceful little things, aren't they?
I wondered just how this heroic act had happened - alas, the article revealed that the mother had merely postponed her trip to the shopping mall (the one in Kenya) because her kid was tired (which I interpret as "cranky and possibly throwing tantrums, the normal way for a toddler").
But I must admit it was a well-timed tantrum.
And in future, I will try to improve my headlines here on the blog. Clearly, they need to be turned up a notch.

Totally love that headline! Much "scope for the imagination" in that. Sadly let down by the actual facts of the matter. Going back to imagination now... :D
